Returns Process for PTT Enabled Devices
Returning faulty equipment for warranty repair or replacement must be initiated by completing the online Return Material Authorisation Request Form.
Please ensure that details are accurate and complete. An authorisation number will not be issued unless all requested information is provided. Failure to supply complete information may result in delays in processing your request.
A separate form must be completed for each device.

Once the form is completed we will send you an authorisation number and instructions for the return of the material. You can check on the progress of your RMA by contacting returns@ptti.co.uk.
