Terms and Conditions of Purchase
At Push To Talk International Ltd your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You can open a dispute with PayPal, or email us at sales@ptti.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)1252 377890. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within two working days.
Purchase Cancellations:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by telephoning +44 (0)1252 377890 during normal office hours. You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by:
- sending the notice of cancellation by email to sales@ptti.co.uk ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or
- where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to PTTI Ltd unopened, unused and undamaged together with the original invoice. PTTI Ltd will refund you the purchase price of the goods. Where appropriate PTTI Ltd shall refund any additional customs duties borne by you on receipt of the relevant customs receipt.
Once PTTI Ltd receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to PTTI Ltd from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return are received by PTTI Ltd in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. If you have paid by cheque, we will post a cheque to you. Please allow 30 days from our receipt of your returned item(s) for the refund to be dealt with. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to PTTI Ltd.
PTTI Ltd reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. PTTI Ltd also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Purchase Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day purchase guarantee. After 30 days, all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable, however where applicable, PTTI Ltd will help its customers to liaise with Manufacturers and secure replacements where extended Product Warranty is offered by the manufacturer.
Non Faulty Returns
For the Return of non-faulty items:
If for any reason you would like to return an item within 7 days of receipt, please do the following -
- contact our returns department by e-mail at: returns@ptti.co.uk, or by calling the returns authorisation department on 01252 377890 to get a returns number
- return the item to us by post. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery, so we recommend that you get a certificate of posting.
- we will refund your original purchase cost, excluding your and our postage costs.
- if a SIM card has been snapped out of its plastic retaining card, we regret that it is not possible to provide a refund.
- the product and any associated retail packing must be returned in mint condition. PTTI Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer where this is not the case.
Warranty Returns
For the return of faulty items:
If an item develops a fault within PTTI’s guarantee period, please follow the procedure below: -
If, during PTTI Ltd’s 30 day purchase guarantee period you feel that any product that we have supplied is faulty and requires replacement please follow the following procedure:
- you must first contact our returns department by e-mail at: returns@ptti.co.uk or by calling the returns authorisation department on 01252 377890.
- If a replacement or repair is necessary you will be requested to send the product to the RETURNS DEPT. at 24 Bridge Road, Cove, Farnborough, Hants, GU14 0HP together with a completed Returns Authorisation Number request form. Any products returns without a completed RAN request form will not be processed. (Please obtain the authorisation number before despatching equipment to PTTI Ltd).
- You should then repackage the item and ship it together with a copy of the completed RAN form. Mark clearly on the outside of the package the Returns Authorisation Number - if this is omitted it may result in your return being delayed or refused at our goods inwards facility.
All electrical products are covered by a twelve month manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact PTTI Ltd and we will advise you where to send it for repair. It is a "return to base" warranty therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product back to the relevant UK service centre.
Manufacturer’s Extended Warranty:
Where products are covered by extended manufacturer’s warranty (such as Sonim’s 3 year warranty on Tough Phones) PTTI Ltd will, outside of its purchase guarantee period, endeavour to help its customers liaise with the relevant manufacturer during the extended warranty period to ensure warranty replacements are carried out where proven to be required. Please call our returns team for assistance in this instance and they will advise of each manufacturer's returns process.
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS:
Units and Items returned remain the customer’s property until received by PTTI Ltd. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate packaging is applied to avoid transit damage. Any damage found will be recorded and notification made to the customer. Any unauthorised upgrade to the equipment must be advised before return.
It is also recommended that a 'proof of delivery' style carriage method is used for returns as PTTI Ltd are unable to provide refunds for goods that are lost in transit.
