We are experiencing exciting levels of demand for Push To Talk services and is now actively recruiting for a range of positions to meet its growing market needs.
In particular, we are currently looking for people to fill roles in:
1. Customer Services
2. Technical Support
3. Credit Control
A can do, pro-active attitude, along with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of our business, are pre-requisites to employment.
You must be highly organised, capable of working independently under pressure and be extremely comfortable dealing with customers on the phone. An excellent telephone manner, along with demonstrable PC skills in applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint are therefore required.
You need to be able to think on your feet and at the same time bring structure and discipline to the administrative aspects of our rapidly growing business.
For the technical support roles, an ability to work hands on with SIP and Windows based technology is necessary. Software development skills in C# and C++, along with integration experience in .NET environments would be an advantage. Linux Server platform and IP networking experience is also highly advantageous. Technical support roles are customer facing and individuals will be expected to represent the company at customer sites across the country, when required.
